Excellent body / paint finish?? I can clearly see patches of dark / light blue paint on the loco face and sides? Or am I tripping on LSD?

The loco has a CBC and these strange twin vacuum brake hoses. The intended duties for these locos could include hauling rolling stock whose brake connections are on one side rather on the central axis.

Very beautiful finishing & livery. Feeling as if these cuties have taken re-birth !!!
