It looks to be Andaman express because Gondwana Express is a 24 coacher between NZM-Bina and it can't carry so many HCPV's!!

It seems that this station master is at MKL on a full-time basis since I see this SM in most of the pictures and even in one picture which I shot while on-board the Rajkot- Coimbatore Express.
A good shot though.
