That's a freshly painted WDM-3A (and not DM2). When we (Colin Peter and myself) requested for a short shunt ride on the loco, we were told that the paint hasn't dried as yet!

Amazing capture. 4 Different varieties of freights on 4 lines, 2 different varieties of cabooses, 3 different classes of diesel locos are definitely a treat for RFs like us.
