To ensure that the neutral zone stays... neutral, the inner patch of the contact wire has been electrically connected to the OHE mast to earth it. The grounding wire must have been connected during the switchover. It looks brand new. Posted by Alok Patel on 2010 Mar 03 15:37:05 +0000 |
