How can the Gate controlled signal be green considering that this pic has been taken from the trailing SLR?

The next station seems to be barely a couple of kms away from Chamarajnagar.

just curious - is it a typo?
Should it not read "Motherland" and not "Motherhood".
As a male, I shudder to think that Mahatma Gandhi expected me to live and die for my "motherhood"!
Uttam :-)

@Rajendra sir: The person in the caption wrote most "photogenic", not most "photographed". But again, even in that category, I'd say Mumbai CST or Howrah look beautiful and are more photogenic than this building that looks like the entrance of a corporate office or mall!

If it is a dead end station, why the need for a non-platform "through line"?
-it is an engine scape line .there was no space to put turn out connecting PF line to engine escape line .so system of reversing engine itroduced
Is there any plan for further extension of the track towards Kodinar, Delvada and eventually Bhavnagar?
-Veraval -kodinar gauge conversion survey is on along MG alignment
