Rake composition does not look familiar to Marusagar...AFAIK Ernakulam bound Marusagar has got 3 unreserved coaches in the front and no HCPV followed by AC coaches...and Goa SK cannot pass through KR on 17th July which was a Saturday...

During monsoon time, many KR trains get offlinks. Regular links go for a toss. Mandovi got a KZJ WDM3A, KJM WDG3A, KYN WDG3A a week back. If Marusagar got a WDM3A that day, it is not surprising.

Sachin, as per the notes which I have this was the Goa Sampark Kranti with the loco RTM WDM-3A 16790.
Correct me if this wrong..
