Yeah it seems to be part of an accident relief rake. You can see one BCNA type wagon attached to a coach on the left in the same livery.

Fantastic picture clarity, Vikas! What kind of camera do you have - how many mega pixels? Also, VPT seems to be maintaining its locos in tip-top shape. I'm sure Sonal Roy would appreciate their appearance :))

WAM-4 is the loco class; the first "P" is to indicate that it is for passenger haulage only; the "6P" is to indicate that all six traction motors are permanently connected in parallel.
