It's not 'Jal Shakti' but 'Diesel Shakti' written in Devnagari. The 'Di' part is written on the open panel hidden from view. All TKD WDP3A locos carry this moniker.

Very classic photo. I feel CLW must produce atleast some 10-20 WAP4 / WAG7 in this shell. It would be very nice & would re-kindle the old memories & flashback, if we get to see WAP4/WAG7 in this new (old) avataar!!

Wowwww !!!! Fantastic compostion !!!! Both are new Variant / Version of the existing stock !!! Moreover rare to see a Freighter overtaking a freighter!!! Defintely a 1st class deserve !! Was the WAG9 freightalso moving or stationary??
