Shri S parthasarathy ( -writer of Romancing with railways -this book were arranged in BNC convention of IRFCA
Shri RR Bhandari ( in pink Half sleeve) -Retired member mech rly board & writer of at least 20 books on indian railway
both the name was incorporated in file name & therefore was not mentioned separately
