This picture definately seems to from Indian subcontinent, if you look at the attire of the people on platform. This building has a lot of similarity with Nagpur station building as seen from Mumbai side. The current building at Nagpur is rectangular, while this one looks C shaped when viewed from top. It is possible that additions were made in the original building.

Nice Sir and thanks for a shot.
Some 10 years back we had to take a shuttle from Jhansi to Harpalpur. Then further Bus upto Chhattarpur and then Khajuraho.

Not a single water spot on wall in spite of rain soak day .walls are clean & shining . It clearly indicate that frontage has taken care of usual direction of wind & rain at this station .

This station seems to be inspired by the Khajuraho temples, wonder id there are any sculptures Khajuraho is famous for in the station

hard to believe such a beautiful garden and building are actually railway station. Also refreshing to see no autos crowding the entrance.
