Locomotives running on the NMR have two cyliders on each side. One to run the wheels and one for the pinion. This loco has only one cylinder on each side !!! ???

This certainly looks like one of the Neral Matheran railcars. Probably quite early as it carries number 2, rather than an IR number.
It looks like the one which is now in the NRM sadly in deteriorating condition.

I faced such 'sand breaches' while working on jodhpur division. You can see the top of the token collection net next to the turnout, on the left side, partly buried.

This GIP coach has a Co-Co bogie. Some of the track testing coaches have bogie on one side.
