Regarding the location: Doraha is on the Ambala-Ludhiana section while Nalagarh is some distance away in Himachal. There does not seem to be any record of this line being used for regular services. Maybe it was in connection with construction of a canal or dam. This line does not seem to exist now.

Just an educated guess - the 'G' suggests Great Indian Peninsula Railway which broadly corresponded with the current Central Railway. They had a number 460 which was an 0-6-0 built in 1883. The numberplate looks like the GIPR style too.

There is a 'Thadi' station, 2nd from Visakhapatnam towards Chennai. Is this the same one?
