Having experienced stealing of pics before, I put the watermark. More so because this is the first spotting of BRC WAP-5 at BCT.

Additionally, this picture is significant only from a statistical/records point of view. It has no photographic beauty or anything which would get spoilt by a watermark. If you observe my other recent pics, they have watermark in the corner itself.

I don't know for what purpose he had put the watermark in the centre. But IMO it's a good practice because there are many people who steal others' photos and upload them elsewhere without giving credits. So if the watermark is put int he bottom, they do crop the pic to remove the watermark!

You could have put the copyrights mark somewhere below, rather on the loco body

Brilliant Capture Aadil, Thank you for sharing this pic. Even if WCM-6 is still written on the Locomotive, one can easily observe the words "Fit to work under 25kV AC OHE" on the Locomotive, further a quick glance at the Pantograph & the protective devices on the roof of the Locomotive convey to one the Overhead Traction Voltage.

WCM-6s have been re-built with WAG-7 spec and certified to run @65 kph over Mumbai Divn of CR.
