Well composed shot. This place is just after whitefield. Even the stretch between 331-329 is nice. Two lines go far apart there. What does an SLR have to do with this shot? Even the S3 goes till 88mm so for composition there is no difference. At 1024 * 683 resolution,a compact camera and the 350D will seem equal.

It is tough to find good spots in SBC where you can shoot pictures in peace , This seems to be far out of the city as the km reading indicates

Yes It was a surprise when Rakesh spotted 22697 with AJJ.Very average paint job on 22699 :( Guess they are giving a bottle of terpentine along with the loco !

Excellent catch. Though im not sure if it'll make it to GZB. Ashwanth told me that when they spotted 22697 with NR markings, it was sent to AJJ to be made into SR. But lets see when the shed markings are actually painted.

New P4 has two handles for the doors so pilot can open it standing on the ground. very useful.

All the new p4's now r coming with the wap5/7 type side windows as even i saw 22689 at Itarsi with the same. Everything agreed, strips or stripless, new quality paint, new side windows,etc but the look the mid-mounted headlamps provide on the wap4 is just unexpressible. Nothing even close to match those looks.....
