VikramanYes Sriram. The red one is used o equalise the MRs of all the MUd locos. As you know all the MRs in a loco are connected in series. Even the Horns(Trumpets) of WDG/WDP-4 are equally good & are very loud but not irritating. I love these horn - trumpets fitted on these engines, I often think of fitting these trumpets to my car to get rid of obstacles on the road.
