Nice catch. However, this looks like a plain old WAP1 to me. It was a recent transfer from SR at the time I think. The loco has the same WAP1/4 GM origin bogies and was a shatabdi lugger in SR. Because of the EMU, one can easily mistake this photo from a far look as CSTM outer. WAP4 and the curved arch make the difference.
