Lovely picture. Yes, the paint job is certainly very good. The lack of quality in the Indian-built locos is because of the "cost-cutting" exercise. What the officials do not realize is to cut the cost now is to pay handsomely later.

wow.. a new WAG7 in the WAP4 clothes.The only difference i saw from a WAP4 apart from the livery is the WAG lookalike MU cables in both sides.Is this the CLW workshop?
