India's First WDG4...#12001, makes a visit to Panvel with a Kalamboli bound BCCN rake. The loco is still in her original GM attire. Though the loco is close to 10 years old, the paint job is still intact!

Lovely picture. Yes, the paint job is certainly very good. The lack of quality in the Indian-built locos is because of the "cost-cutting" exercise. What the officials do not realize is to cut the cost now is to pay handsomely later.
