@MSM... what actually happened was: my camera locked its focus on the loco, while I zoomed back. The lens did not lose focus of the loco, and it captured the surroundings blurred..

Deepak:- I have seen this train at 120 kmph as well.One can easily make out the difference between the speed of that time (when at 120 kmph) and this time (when at 100 kmph).Hence i said its about 100 kmph.
Ankit:-this is the same location from which i took my BCT Raj video at 120 kmph.This is about 250 metres away fromm the TKD LC.Just in front of the road going in front of Apollo Hospital.

Yes, I agree with Apurva's statement. I am perplexed as to why the loco is in focus whilst everything else has 'softened' up. It looks as if you used a slightly large aperture opening in combination with centre-weighted focussing.
