The funny thing is while the Maximum Permissible Speed for a WAP4 hauling the Raj in the Chennai-Vijayawada section is 110 kmph, the more sophisticated WAP5 is allowed to travel at only 100!

This was the loco involved in the Rockfort Express accident over the Marudayar bridge in the Vridhachalam-Tiruchi section in May 1987. After being repaired it had a stint at Coonoor in the Nilgiri Mountain Railway before coming to Mysore.

This is the JAT - Jaipur Pooja Exp.And it is indeed a foggy January morning near Delhi Cant Stn , the point where the BG line switches over to the Left side and the MG stays to the right(looking towards Rewari).Faintly visible are the BG and MG Home signals to the Delhi Cant stn .

Seems a nice foggy morning!! Was it really? Is the express train anywhere related with Jammu (the name on nameplate seems to start with "Jammu" written in "Devnagari" script)? Also, where is this snap taken? - Sandeep Bhate.

Even the WCM6 is a elusive loco; i have spotted it on the siding tracks at Bhandup on a couple of occasions.
