The tail end of Udyan Express is emerging from Tunnel 4. There is another tunnel in the picture, this leads the canal under the mountain. The portal of the tunnel on the canal is near the white temple in the picture.

The tail end of Udyan Express is emerging from Tunnel 4. There is another tunnel in the picture, this leads the canal under the mountain. The portal of the tunnel on the canal is near the white temple in the picture. Here is a satellite view - the broken line on the west is the BG track (the hidden part goes into Tunnel 4), the line in the middle aligned North/South is the old MG track, while the last line aligned NE/SE is the canal. Scroll to the NW to see the canal emerge for a short distance, only to disappear again - a tunnel rat in Pune is HIGHLY interested in a closer look - are you?
