If not, then the loco must be switched off and it must be the partial leftover smoke coming out. This Kazipet beauty smokes like anything and it can give good competition to Pune WDM2 & WDM3A's too. It had smoked so much after clearing caution order at Bhivpuri Road that I could not see Kaushik Dharwadkar & Bhushan Kale who were standing well ahead of me.

On many instances, LP's of WCAM's switch off the blowers right from Karjat till Palasdhari gradient and once after clearing the Palasdhari climb, Lp's of WCG2 bankers inform the Lp of WCAM3 through walkie talkie to start it and after that the LP switches on the blowers.
