Finally the stream emerges as a perennial waterfall, flowing even during the hottest summer season. This water serves the villages in the valley. As mentioned earlier, the edge of the mountain has a rising gradient; hence the mouth of the waterfall is some distance from the top, flowing through the tunnel mentioned in the earlier picture.
The area near the end of the water stream is too steep and slippery to be photographed safely from up close. Visible in the pic is the Khandala end portal of the Tunnel 25.
