Southern Railway WT class 2-8-4T locomotive No. 14015 is getting manually refueled at Basin Bridge in the late 1970s. By this time these locomotives, that were built for heavy suburban trains were relegated to station pilot duties. Note the missing headlight that is not required for this kind of work.
