@ Jimmy Jose,

Leh is based in Eastern part of Jammu & Kashmir. It is an important place in J&K and one of the favorite destination of tourists and important base of Indian Army & Air Force.

Abhilash, AFAIK the highest PRS is located at Serathang, Sikkim on the road to Nathu La. It is only for defence personnel. When I had visited Nathu la in Jan 09, the PRS was closed.

Does this qualify as the highest altitude PRS office in India? If not, which is the highest altitude PRS office in India?
