FZR BCT Janata express has a lot of slack. Last time when I traveled in it till BL, from VR to Palghar, it was made to trail a MEMU and slow down at each station. After Palghar it stops at all stations so following a MEMU was not a problem. The train also had a very very lethargic driver. In spite of all this, it reached BL only 5 minutes late.
