@Harsh, you don't seem to have said anything different from what Sachin has commented. None of the pantos look as though they're in the process of being lowered.

Yes, this could be the case as Sachin has mentioned as the panto does not come down immediately at times, but gets lowered slowly. This could be a similar scenario. But, going from the pic I think shed staff have still kept the 1,2 position of the ZPT...

All AC locos previously used to have 4 positions for purpose of raising pantos viz..0,1,2,1&2...when the ZPT key was kept on 1&2 both the pantos use to rise..however that position has long been discontinued..this position was particularly used by shed...

OK so besides a WCG2, a G7 too can simultaneously raise both his pantos!!

Amazing capture ujjwal! I thinks this is first instance of spotting a loco with both Pantograph raised simultaneously.
