Sorry for late reply, just logged in now. Didn't have enough time to position myself for proper framing, and to check the wheel alignment or the exact loco class specified

I think only the 6A/6B have Bo-Bo-Bo arrangement. The 6C has a Co-Co arrangement.

As for the sanders, if I remember the two middle ones serve two wheels whereas the two extreme ones serve one wheel each. Jimmy, did you notice how closely WAG-6C bogie is related to WAG-7 and WDG-2/3 series? Did RDSO use this bogie design?

The bogies look strange. Doesn't all WAG6 a/b/c series have Bo-Bo-Bo bogies? This one looks like Co-Co. And 4 sanders per bogie. Why?
