Three quarter view of the loco shows the livery in full detail. The bold letters in Hindi on the side read 'Diesel Shakti' or 'Diesel Power' - a moniker carried over from the previous livery variant.
Closer inspection of the loco reveals the reason for the special livery. It is to celebrate ten successful years of the WDP3A in service - from 1998 to 2008. Other text on the side reads 'Delhi Division' - a notation normally not seen on other locos. Note
