Tughlakabad WDP3A #15514 in a swanky new livery heading the 303 Holiday Special to Ambala. This was its second trip in the new livery. IMHO, these colors look much better than the earlier experiment on loco #15530. Both these liveries are to celebrate 10 years of the WDP3A in service.

Yes it does look like Sabzi Mandi. The loco is looking towards Ambala side.
