Konark express coming from Kazipet end got a last minute caution signal at the Ghatkesar home signal needing the WDM3A 18913 to notch up full on to climb up the gradient with the heavy load in tow. The second deemer behind this was completely engulfed in smoke and so were first few coaches behind the locos. (Vivek Mathur)
