Entire display panel of 4D is digital….. & dirty. Sad to see no one even bothered to clean it (Tamish)

Cabs are not fitted with AC. It would take another millennium before IR even thinks to fit AC in loco cabs....

Dirt inside the cab due to the loco being stabled without closing the windows.
