Akshay, even if WR adopts this layout, their main success of further remodelling very badly depends on 30kmph turnouts. For WR this is really very crucial. Even if WR would have made the turnouts at current layout of entire BVI to 30kmph, WR wouldn't...

Is this a proposed layout by you or by WR? Also, could you pls indicate the benefits of this layout over the existing one?
