Even if WR would have made the turnouts at current layout of entire BVI to 30kmph, WR wouldn't have faced much bunching & detention. Lets only keep our fingers crossed for better layout !!!

Is this a proposed layout by you or by WR? Also, could you pls indicate the benefits of this layout over the existing one?
