Danushkodi MG line ruins lying on NH 49 near ghost town of Danushkodi which was destroyed with a MG Shuttle Passenger along with its passengers few KMs before danushkodi. The Train left Pamban Jn to DNK on 22/12/1964 when a huge tidal wave caused by a Cat 5 super hurricane hit it washing the whole train into the Palk straits along with the whole danushkodi town.
