This is the Shimoga/Hubli ( Ex. Shimoga/Harihar) Fast Passenger. The train gets separated at Birur(RRB). The reason for this patronage is that it matches the speed of a bus journey at less than half that fare.

There are two passengers from SBC to UBL. The night passenger has 6 or 7 SL coaches, and runs fully packed, with no foothold for passengers in UR! Usually the day train is also jampacked, with more short distance passengers.

There are lots of doors without hanging passengers too! It can compete a Mumbai local of around 11pm with this kind of crowd ;-)
