[Chilika Trip] Some strange trolley-like things-on-rails spotted at Balugaon. These even had a miniature generator and batteries. Anyone knows what exactly these are? 2006-05-13, Bizzy.

These are trollies for assembling new point and crossings and for moving these to the insertion site during block. T-28 machines pick up the new assembled point and crossing from these trollies for insertion in track.
