Dear Aseem, this is 'Reverse Panning', a quite frequently used technique by railfans clicking while in motion. Good shot at 1/40 though. That camera is really proving its worth!

Wow! 1/40th sec at 10am? Must have been a gloomy day! Thats only 1/160th sec wide open!
