I have always seen BCNAHL wagons huge, so my guess resonates with other's views.
But I don't think if the answer was this simple, you would not have asked us. Another thing which makes me think that I cannot be 100% right is the presence of that...

My second guess is that, there could have been a small mishap or something similar to it.
