Dargah at Secunderabad or DOW - Dargah on Wheels!!! MLY WDM2 16388 decorated like a Dargah for hauling Halkatta special for 30th URS-E-QUADEERI being brought in from MLY and moving towards Hyderabad. Short hood was decorated like Dargah, both sides of short hood had brass eagles welded and bolted, both sides of cabin had facing brass sharks again welded and bolted, side of long hood had a big hoarding in Urdu, brass swans adorned railings of side walks and Long hood had a crown like thing placed on side walk, Secunderabad Jn.
