Will this be a double line or single line bridge?

Sandeep: Might the construction materials be transported from Tamilnadu. Because Kerala depends mostly on TN for any kind of raw materials. I saw lot of TN vehicles in stead of KL, on the highway from TCR to ERS when I visited recently.

What could be the reason for that extra layer on the top surface of the track (towards the camera)?
