Let me make it amply clear - this rake will not run at 130 km/h even during trials.

Kharad - 1xxx and 2xxx series have nothing to do with newer or older. ICF has never maintained any order while despatching the rakes. The only difference is 2xxx rakes have been purchased through World Bank funding and 1xxx rakes, through IR+Maharastra ...
