These two skybus units are working units, not just mockups. At the time the photo was taken there was only this much track (seen here) and hence obviously they could not be run. Now, a 1.6kms long test track is being constructed in Madgaon (scheduled for completion in April 2004) and these same prototypes will be run on this test tracks.
