No, John. This is definitely a WDMx. The driver's cab and the railings at the ends of the radiator catwalk are clearly visible. You can also make out the flat front and the paint scheme of (I think) the long hood.

Looks like a TKD WDM 2 or 3A.

Just wonderful! Is this a WP running without a tender attached?( I love seeing the driver/asst driver in the cab).
