Wow! 1/40th sec at 10am? Must have been a gloomy day! Thats only 1/160th sec wide open!

Dear Aseem, this is 'Reverse Panning', a quite frequently used technique by railfans clicking while in motion. Good shot at 1/40 though. That camera is really proving its worth!

To add to my earlier comment, my dear Watson, I think this is panning, with both trains in the same direction .... ;-)
