Looks like a small rake...a typical passenger on IR. However, the coaches are the VB Maroon liveried ones. Is the rake a VB rake???

TKD doesn't even care to put its logo on WDP1. Probably they know that nobody currently has it or will have it in future.

TKD's not the only shed with WDP1s. BAZ has a few in the maroon-cream-maroon livery though I don't know the exact number.

What I mean to say is that none of the sheds near TKD have these, and I doubt very much that those from TKD and BZA will travel to each other's territory.
