Its not a new loco, but has undergone a thourgh cleaning and painting at the Kalyan loc Shed where it is homed. Was the Pune-Mumbai Indrayani Express being hauled by a single or double WCAM3's? Generally, the train is hauled by twin WCAM3's, the trailing loco being dead. What a classic loco that!!! My favourite!!!

I recall seeing the WCAM 3 electrics with the two brake connector pipes in the middle intact when they arrived first on the CR,from BHEL,around 1998....this might be a brand new one....those days the livery was different.

But now, all WCAM3s have this standard livery...it looks good. Some WCAM3s have the two brake connector pipes in the middle intact, & some dont.
