Nice to see another German gentleman of IR being preserved. It was built by Krauss-Maffei Wegmann GmbH & Co. in 1954. Kraus-Maffei now makes defence machinery. I guess it was one of the last MG steams of Wankaner shed operating as late as 1999. Manufacturer's serial No. KrM-18031 Quite a long service period of 55 years.

Nice to see it preserved but badly needs a paint job. Especially the rust colour of Western Railway is not up to it.
