Beautiful effect - A cateract patient may be seeing the world like this.

No Arzan, a patient with retinitis pigmentosa sees the world like this (tube vision - central part clear, periphery blurred). For the cataract patient, everything is blurred.
I personally found that I could not look at it for long as it hurt. What is this effect technically called in photography?

Doc Saab, its called as reverse zoom out panning.

Arzan, why the reverse and out and not simply zoom-panning?
I believe similar effects can be created by using a radial zoom filter or through photo processing softwares.
