The double vermillion stripes would make that a WAP-5 I guess, WAP-5 30032? Also, we had a fiery discussion recently about standard liveries? All three locomotives seen here are incidentally in their standard factory liveries.

Its is a WAP 5. The two reds stripes tell it. Also the no. is 30032 and not 30232.

This is surely a WAP-5 and the loco number seems to be 30032
