Can someone explain the four signals here? My understanding is that this is a twin-single line operation, the left signals with routers are for the running lines, what do the right side signals stand for? Thanks.

I think those signals function as "Bracketed Home" under two-aspect signalling territory. If the route is set for the mainline, the right hand unit should display a green aspect while if a diverging route is set, then the left unit will display the appropriate route indication with a yellow aspect. This has probably been done to maintain uniformity with other two-aspect semaphore signals in the area.
